can ensure the quality of consultants by means
of local presence and open liaison with clients,
consultants, sub contractors and local suppliers.
This will ensure an effective response to the demand
of a project. We have a policy to train our consultants
when necessary in order to prepare them for their
assignments, and therefore we have agreements in
place with various training centres as well as certified
instructors.
We practise a rigorous incoming/outgoing CV vetting
process and conduct a general interview with all
candidates. For senior positions we conduct an even
more detailed interview as well as checking references
when required. As Orin has been in the industry
since 1978 we have a continuity of placements for
reputed consultants, to ensure our clients will
get their monies worth and stimulate good consultants
to stay with us.
